solid stay close to everything

central location good variety helpful staff

The location was central! it was easy to walk to many attractions. the breakfast offered a good variety. I especially liked the pastries. the staff were helpful in arranging transportation, and i appreciated their assistance.

The soundproofing wasn't perfect. I could hear some noise from the hallway at times.

this hotel is close to the airport bus stop, and that's a five minute walk! skanderbeg square is nearby. you can walk there in just four minutes, and a currency exchange place is right outside the hotel.

Acceptable stay with SOME issues

uncomfortable bed noticeable noise

The room felt pretty outdated (a HUGE disappointment). I think it needs a refresh. The bed wasn't comfortable. I could hear every movement. The noise from neighboring rooms was also noticeable.

the location was excellent for exploring i could walk everywhere i needed to go a big open-air market was only a short walk away bars and restaurants were also close i easily found many options for dining and entertainment

the lighting in the bathroom was not very bright

A pleasant stay near the square

perfect location main square daily cleaning nice staff

the location was superb, just steps from the main square. i found the bus stop only 200 meters away, a great convenience. room service was consistent with daily towel changes and cleaning. the staff were approachable and always had a nice attitude.

the shower setup allowed water to escape, a minor inconvenience without a bathmat to manage it.

serene garden hideaway

garden setting kind staff thoughtful gesture

the garden setting charmed me, a good space for quiet moments. the staff showed genuine kindness and were quick to help with requests. i was even allowed to use some facilities after i checked out, a thoughtful gesture that eased my travels.

the bed wasn't quite as comfortable as i hoped for a sound sleep, and i noticed some sounds from adjacent rooms.

the location was perfect, with the main bus stop just a short walk away. skanderbeg square was easily accessible, about 500 meters. the neighborhood felt quiet and safe, and everything i needed was within walking distance.
